This role will help to optimize the end-to-end processes and systems used to sell merchandise in-person, and online via Amazon supply chain systems. The Tour Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the live event revenue stream, including the hiring and development of event operations teams, inventory forecasting and management, facilitation of production & shipping logistics, live event sales oversite, and engagement with external teams.
