Once per month, LASC hosts conversations and intimate performances with some of LA’s best musicians. Hear from other songwriters about how they signed their first publishing deal or got onto a big Spotify playlist.

Who’s it For?

It’s not uncommon to meet producers, songwriters, vocalists, and even industry people all in one place.

Monthly talks include advice from:

  • artists
  • songwriters
  • publishers
  • record label A&Rs
  • entertainment attorneys
  • and more.

Event Structure

The event is usually about 2 hours long. The first 30-40 minutes are for talking and networking. Then, a featured artist will perform a few songs. Featured artists are usually frequent attendees of LASC events.

The last hour is for an industry panel with a featured speaker that usually ends with a Q&A.

If the weather’s nice, you can stay after the tea shop closes and mingle.
