ABC Rehearsals is the granddaddy of rehearsal studios and monthly lockouts.
Hundreds of rooms are available to rent in North Hollywood and Silverlake.
They’ve been renting studios in LA for over 30 years.
Pricing at ABC varies widely depending on the square footage, dimensions, and rental length.
Bands like Rage Against the Machine, System of a Down, and Silversun Pickups have all called ABC Rehearsals home over the years.
Some monthly studios rent for as little as approximately $350 per month, while others can cost at least $1,000 or more.
ABC Rehearsals offers 200+ well-built, 24-hour lockout rehearsal studios of all sizes. The rooms are soundproofed and designed for loud band rehearsals.
Most bands want to make their rehearsal studio their own by adding their own gear and personal touches. Many of the rooms have lofts for storing gear.
ABC Rehearsal Studios is one of the most affordable rehearsal facilities in all of LA.

Review
ABC Rehearsal Studios is a great Los Angeles monthly rehearsal space. They’ve been in business for almost 30 years at this point and every musician I know has rehearsed here at least once.
Large, well-equipped space, friendly, helpful staff. I enjoy rehearsing at ABC and would recommend it to anyone in the LA area if you want something more long-term.
Getting a full-time practice space here can be a bit tough, however.
A wait list can be months long just to be considered. But like other rehearsal rooms around town, a waiting list is common and once you’re in, you’re in.
Good air conditioning and no power outages or issues.
Noise
Noise can be an issue at just about any rehearsal studio. With so many bands and artists packed into the same shared space, noise bleed is inevitable.
If you need somewhere quiet to track vocals or guitar, or even run guitar lessons or vocal lessons, ABC probably isn’t for you.
However, if you want somewhere you can turn it up to 11 and meet some other bands and artists in the area, I can’t recommend ABC Rehearsals enough.
