You will identify and monitor competitor sales and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales and share.Responsibilities Utilizing a wide variety of data sources, develops and maintains a series of market models to present insights to sales, marketing, and business leaders globally across all vertical markets.Manages Shure’s participation in the Professional Audio Manufacturers Alliance Microphone Report program, directly responsible for sales data submissions and quarterly reports.Responsible for or oversees the creation of reports using data sources such as MIST, Stackline, Moojing, etc.Manages ad-hoc syndicated data purchases from a variety of partner vendors (NPD, GfK, and others).Provides market sizing and forecasting support.Acts as the department’s Tableau, Excel, data dashboard subject matter expert.Assists in the automation of data reporting and deployment of AI tools.Continuously improves and develops user friendly reporting.Provides insights and thought leadership to support the formulation of business and go-to-market strategies.Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience with a mastery knowledge of analytical methods and is highly skilled with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking skills.Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultan
