The goal of the UX Team is two fold, transform our digital product experiences to help artists, songwriters, producers, A&R, marketing and finance users build long lasting music careers for Artists and Songwriters, and help Artists authentically connect with their fans. Both helping to push boundaries and find new innovative ways to improve our business. Design Ops Leads at WMG thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of simplifying the complex. In this role you will collaborate cross-functionally with the office of the chief of staff, technical program managers, designers, writers, researchers, product managers and engineers to help us work better, improve our tools and systems, manage resource allocation, measure the effectiveness of our work and help improve our culture.
