In partnership with the social media manager, this role develops and executes content strategy based on analysis of performance metrics, and consistently looks for new and creative opportunities to promote live events, athletes, Superstars and the TKO brand.Essential Functions Ability to edit long-form and short-form content for digital platforms, but with the potential for linear distribution. Creates roughly ten unique edits on a week-to-week basis with the following aspect ratios: 16x9, 4x5, 9x16. Creates compelling content as assigned, but also able to work on spur of the moment projects. Ensures that high production values and standards are maintained across all platforms. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. Has excellent project management skills and can communicate effectively to stakeholders. Provides general sound design and color correction. Ability to work well with on-screen talent or UFC athletes + WWE Superstars. Organizes and manage media (raw footage, final edits, etc.) to integrate into UFC’s and WWE’s production systems and flow.
