Role Description The Film Producer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day aspects of film production, including pre-production, filming, as well as video post-production. The Film Producer will be accountable for ensuring that all necessary resources are available for the pre-production stage, managing the production team, as well as ensuring that production is completed on time and within budget. The Film Producer is also responsible for liaising with the creative and technical teams to ensure that projects are in line with the overall company's vision. This is a full-time remote role. Qualifications Solid experience in film or video production, with a bias in documentariesDemonstrable experience in all stages of the production process, from pre-production to post-productionStrong understanding of video production, film production, and post-production techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with the production team, stakeholders, and industry professionalsCapable of managing time effectively and excellent organizational skills to keep up with project timelines and budget constraintsAbility to work independently, as well as in a team environment
