The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation, sports operations & advisory, event & experiences management, media production & distribution, experiential marketing and brand licensing.Key Responsibilities Perform follow-up on catering orders to ensure a timely deliveryCoordinate with kitchen staff for set-up and clean-upCommunicate and coordinate with requesting offices to meet facilities needsLiaison between vendors and events team for internal & external hosted events/screeningsManage catering set-up presentation according to eventOrder snacks, coffee, and breakroom suppliesManage and maintain inventory levelsSchedule service/maintenance for kitchen equipmentProcess invoices and receipts for weekly supply orders and help compile reportsPerform other job-related duties as assigned by management Experience Previous administrative experience (preferred)Previous facilities experience a plusMS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills are a must Endeavor unites and brings people together in our love of sport, culture, and entertainment.
