Universal Music Group is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator who will be responsible for end-to-end administration of the Company’s international equity program and employee stock purchase plan, partnering with Finance, Tax, Payroll, Human Resources, Legal and third-party agents to ensure compliance with governing stock plan documents and internal processes along with state, federal and foreign regulations and securities laws. The Stock Plan Administrator will also assist with various ad-hoc equity-related projects as needed.The ideal candidate will provide a superior level of customer service with a high level of accuracy, ability to focus on detail, and is a person who takes pride in delivering high quality work on a timely basis.
