About the Studio
Mike Masilotti and Nolan Culver, touring comedians, co-founded Third Wheel Podcast Studio.
Third Wheel began in Mike's apartment in 2019. After podcasters asked to use the studio for their own projects, opening it to the public became obvious.
Once they found a studio in Los Angeles' Miracle Mile, they opened the doors to the public and have produced some of LA's most successful podcasts since.
Pricing
Pricing at Third Wheel is pretty straightforward.
There are 2 podcast rooms to choose from.
- Room A is an LED wall that allows for custom backdrops, up to 6 microphones, and multiple 4k cameras. It starts at about $200/hr for a full episode and goes up to $350+ if you want all the bells and whistles.
- Room B is more stripped back and features a couch and a basic backdrop. Host up to 4 people and get a single 4k video for between $85/hr and $150/hr
