Seven fully-equipped studios ranging from 700 to 2,400 square feet, backline rental, storage lockers, pro-audio equipment, and tour supply are all on one lot with plenty of parking.
In most cases, their studios are designed for mid to long-term rental. They’re most often used by bands going on tour who need 1-2 weeks of rehearsal time.
Monthly Lockouts at Third Encore
There are over 300 monthly lockouts available for band rehearsal space throughout the San Fernando Valley.
All lockouts are soundproofed and empty, so you must provide your own equipment. Note that it takes approximately one month to secure a monthly lockout here, as renters rotate in and out.
