UTA seeks an experienced Account Manager in Los Angeles who is proactive, highly organized, thoughtful, and creative in how they think through solutions for brand clients. You will be a key member of the Gaming and Esports Advisory and consulting team, working on strategy and advisory initiatives for endemic and non-endemic brands within the gaming space.United Talent Agency’s Gaming and Esports business represents world-ranked pro athletes and streaming talent as well as blue chip brands and AAA publishers. With the ability to form partnerships with top talent and global brands, UTA is at the forefront of the creator economy.The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience and skills.What You Will Do Work directly with the Advisory Account Director to service all retainer clients and new business initiativesManage workflow and track progress on all key initiatives and campaignsParticipate in and lead brainstorms around concepts and activation ideas for brand initiativesIndustry research and current events tracking to keep the team up to date on trends in the spaceAssist with building and development of strategic frameworks, creative briefs and overview, opportunity overviews and insights presentations to inform brand clients of current activity and recommendations in the spaceOversee activation of key initiatives and campaigns with creators, platforms, publishers and other partners on behalf of brand clientsEffectuate data tracking, process documents and tool sets to ensure efficient distribution of and access to advisory data for an internal audienceAbility to design, communicate, and present industry leading strategies to brand clientsConsult on the visual story and flow of content to create engaging presentationsStrong background in PowerPoint and Keynote presentation skills is a plus What You Will Need 3+ years of gaming, esports, or marketing and strategy experience, with an emphasis on account management and campaig
