Qualified candidates must have precise, detailed-oriented organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and writing abilities. This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 - $25.00 per hour commensurate with skills and experience..What You’ll Do Manage phone, calendar, and research for meetings; schedule virtual meetings and calls, internally and externally Maintaining spreadsheets, and drafting correspondencesStrong task management skills, used to proactively build processes that benefit the businessLiaise with internal staff at all levels and external clients & partnersExpense reports - prepare monthly reports for review & submit to accounting for approvalPrepare press kits and materials Data entry such as tracking ticket sales and contractsTrack and review contracts, client calendars and payments through a series of detailed grids What You Need Minimum 1+ years’ experience, a plus if working in an assistant capacityBachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not requiredExperience with an entertainment company, preferredHighly professional with excellent judgmentStrong ability to liaise with clients, senior-level executives, and colleaguesCan-do, positive attitude and willing to “go the extra mile”Capable of managing several projects simultaneouslyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, highly intense
